２年生の富張さんは岩手県岩泉町出身。今年の課題研究は木工を通じた被災地支援活動に決め、まずは仮設住宅での表札づくりワークショップを行います。その場でニーズの聞き取りを行い、秋に第２弾のワークショップにつなげます。
森林文化アカデミーではこのような、社会的なニーズにこたえるものづくりに取り組みます。
The second-year student Nanako Tomihari is from Iwate prefecture, the suffered area by the earthquake and tsunami. She has decided to spend this year to support the people in the area with woodworking activities. The first activity is nameplate making for their shelters. She is going to hear further needs from the participants there and plan another activity which will take place in autumn.
It is one of our aim to respond to such social needs with woodworking.
