６月から７月にかけ、２年生は漆の応用的な技法を学びます。
３色の拭き漆と、２種類の塗りの技法を手板で仕上げます。
１年生のときに作った曲げわっぱや器も、しっかり拭き漆で美しい艶に仕上がりました。
耐水性もばっちり。これで毎日使えます。
ちなみに、教えているのは僕の妻です。
The second-year students learn advanced technique of Japanese lacquering. They learn three types of wiping lacquer technique and two types of painting with brush.
They also finish their oval boxes and bowls which they made during the first year.
It's my wife who teaches the lacquering.
