削り馬 / shaving horse

スコットランドの友人から、私がどんな削り馬を使っているかと質問があったので、私の削り馬を紹介します。ちなみに削り馬とはシェービング・ホースという英語の和訳で、またがってペダルを踏み、材料を固定して削る道具です。
私は出前講座などに使うので、折りたためるようにデザインし、これまで何度か改良してきました。写真の左が第１世代、右が第３世代です。
My friend Eoin Cox in Scotland is asking me how my shaving horse looks like, and here it is. I designed my shaving horse foldable so that I can carry them around and run courses, and revised the design several times. The left one is the first model and the right is the third.

第１世代は分解が必要でしたが、第３世代は折りたたむだけです。
The first model requires some disassembling to fold, but the third model doesn't.
